    Please kindly scroll down the page of the package profile page in order to read for detail when you log in any of our particular pages of the package profile. You will not see much thing base on your monitor screen.

  2. After I have submitted my appointment booking form, what do I need to do next?

     


    We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days. If you do not hear from us after 2 business days, please check your spam filter settings and junk mail folder to make sure that our email has not been directed there by mistake. An alternative will be to give us a call to confirm that your appointment booking form has not been received. All appointment confirmation by email. Please take note that if your screening submission on friday / holiday eve after 4.15pm. You booking will proceed on the following working day. If you booking for the appointment on any package accept basic health screening ( standard package ), please submit it 7 to 10 days in advance to avoid the disappointment. Basic health screening sugguest to subit it 3 to 5 days in advance.

    Our working hours 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Sunday and holiday office will be closed.

  3. Is it safe to register / create an account on your website with my personal particulars?

     


    Yes, our website is HTTP secure (HTTPS). This means that your personal data will be protected and treated as confidential. We will also not disclose or share your personal particulars with any third party without your consent.  For using more easy submission format, please use other format of form that you can find them at www.healthscreening.sg/bookhealthscreening.html

  4. What do I do if I do not receive my stool bottle or in time before my health screening? 

     


    You may collect and store your stool sample in a small clean container. Your stool sample need not be bigger than the size of a peanut. On the day of your appointment, simply transfer your stool sample into the stool bottle that our staff will provide.

    We are also unable to send stool bottles to an overseas address ( if you live outside Singapore ). If you are currently living overseas, please prepare your stool sample in your own container when you arrive in Singapore. You can then transfer your stool sample into the stool bottle that our staff will provide.

    Please kindly prepare your stool sample on the day of your appointment or 1 to 2 days before your appointment.

  5. How would I know there is a slot available for the date that I want to have the appointment?


    Please take note all booking appointment should given us five to seven working days in advance, especially if you are booking for general, women, deluxe packages. Even the basic screening, you should given us at least 3 days in advance.

    Just submit your date that given 3, 5 to 7 days in advance. Chose the time slot, in the submission form. We will get back to you for the confirmation of the appointment date and time in 48 hrs ( working hours ).

    Please also take note that if you are submitted on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and the day before the public holiday. You need to wait till the Monday to Tuesday or the following working day for us to give you the confirmation email. Our Working hours is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

  6. What you need and need to know before submit appointment?

    What you will encounter for the successful appointment submission?

     


    1.       Account , ( You need an account before submit the appointment : just created one and you can use it for all submission of appointment with us )

    2.       click on my account , at http://www.healthscreening.sg/booking

    3.       click create an account fill in the form and submit it if you do not have an account.

    4.       if you do have account with us, use the email and password the sign in first before submit the appointment. ( click on forgotten password and retrieve back by submit the email address which you used to register, and get it immediately from your email. )

    5.       click on booking appointment, after you signed in, chose the package and click on book now   

    6.       Fill in the appointment form with all the particular, date, etc than

    7.       click on add to booking -  :  if you see they is double entry, just change the quantity ( 2 ) to (1) click update booking , or check on the box of on one of the item,  at the remove column or box click on update booking ( one of your double entry will be removed after this ).

    8.       Follow by you need to click the button to continue of "confirm Booking".

    9.       What you will see are the payment method, chose one of it that suit your prefer ( no compulsory to make immediate payment when do the submission of booking), and you click on the button of "Continue".

    what you will see than? The items that you book, the way of payment that you chose and how to make payment. if you chose paypal, you will lead to paypal for payment straight away , or other than paypal that you chosen, send check or bank order within 3 days after the screening day or online, e-banking, money transfer bank to bank online, chose either one for the payment , (keep the email that send from paypal if you received email from paypal keep as your record), if you chose online e-banking, ATM transfer, keep the reference number in record and email to us once you done the online e banking / e transfer,  ( keep the receipts if you did a ATM transfer ). For Cheque send out, remember to write your booking number that you have or name with address and contact number behind the cheque.

    10.   Go to the bottom , check on the box of conditions of use,  check to agreed them , to know what the term and conditions are all about click to see and read it if you want.

     

    Once you see Your Booking Has Been Processed! you are there the form is coming to us of your booking.

     

    And you will see

     

    "Please notify me of updates to the booking I have selected below" , and it is matter of you want to have it to update if any news and info about this packages you chose.

     

    Click the button of "continue" to be the final and you coming back to this page https://www.healthscreening.sg/booking/index.php ,

    That mean: What you sent and filled in before of particular are in secure platform.

  7. Why I did not hear from your company to send us the email for the confirmation yet ( or any reply), since my email have been sent quite sometime ago?


    You may contact us after 3 working days if you did not hear from us the confirmation email. However, before you contact us, please check your anti spam folder, junk mail folder, which ever folder that might filtered away email that treated as spam. It is possible that your software mistaken our email as the spam, because of certain keyword or key phrase are the sensitive words to be filtered away.

    Remember before call us or email us to check "why you did not hear from us for so long about the confirmation or reply". Check your spam folder carefully, our email might bury in all the junk mail that you did not see it.

  8. How do I make an appointment online? 

     


    Click on 'Booking Appointment' on the right sidebar and choose the package of your choice. Click on the "Book Now" button and complete the application form that follows. If you have already registered for an account with us, sign in to proceed with the booking. Otherwise, please create an account before you move on. 

     

    Choose your preferred mode of payment and click on the 'Continue' button. Before you confirm your booking, please make sure that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions.

    We will confirm your appointment within 2 working business days / 48 working hours (Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm). Please contact us if you do not receive our email after 2 working business days.

    You may also use the same account that you have created to make a booking for your family members in future.

  9. How do I know my submission of appointment is successful? 


    1. Once you :

    see if ever see "Your Booking Has Been Processed" you are there the form is coming to us about your booking.

    a . You will receive the invoice of detail about your booking appointment with the booking number: 

    b . Your date still pending and not confirm yet until you received the confirmation date and time that we will send. Contact us if you did not hear us after three working days.

    c . Check on FAQ about booking appointment to know what went wrong if your booking was unsuccessful and re - submit to us again.

  10. Can I book an appointment on behalf of my parents, spouse and/or relative?

     


    Yes, you can. Simply use the account that you had registered with us to make an appointment on behalf of your family members. Please ensure that your family members understand and accept the respective profiles of their preferred package as well as their confirmed appointment date. If your family member prefers to make an appointment themselves, they may do so by registering an account with us at :

  11. Why do I need to create an account?

     


    Registering an account with us will speed up the process of your future bookings as you will not be required to give us your details again. You can also update your personal and contact information at any time. You may also use the same account to submit an appointment booking for yourself or on behalf of your family members. The entire process is both easy and convenient.  All account create and info will treated as confidential, we will not sell or share you info. No credit card info will be required when create an account. 

    One of the benefit if you created an account to submit the booking, we are able to update you the announcement of promotion, event etc. So that you will not missed our money saving promotion.

  12. If I choose the Women General Screening package to be done at the Paragon Medical Centre, can my family member take up their own General or Basic screening package at the same location too?

     


    Yes, you can. Simply inform us in the Remarks section of your appointment booking form that you and your family member will like your packages to be booked for the same day and location. If you or your family member is going for the Women Screening package that comes with the Pap smear test, we can arrange for both of you to have your screenings done at Paragon. Just let us know if you will like to have the same appointment slots in the Remarks section.

  13. What do I do if I do not receive my stool bottle or in time before my health screening?
