Dr. Leonard Leng graduated with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree from the
National University of Singapore (NUS). He was accredited as a registered Family Physician
with the Family Physicians Accreditation Board under the Ministry of Health, Singapore,
after obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and Master of Medicine in Family
Medicine from NUS. Additionally, he completed the Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine
Programme (GDOM) from NUS and is a Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD).
Throughout his career, Dr. Leonard has developed his clinical skills in various disciplines,
including Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports
Medicine, and Paediatrics.
Driven by his interest in holistic health and longevity medicine, Dr. Leonard pursued extensive
training and is now a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician through the American College
of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also a founding member and Vice-President of the Singaporean
Society of Lifestyle Medicine. In his practice, Dr. Leonard emphasizes the importance of healthy
lifestyle habits in preventing and treating diseases, empowering his patients to make lifestyle
changes that enhance their overall health.
Dr. Leonard believes that a long-term relationship with a trusted family physician is vital to
one’s overall well-being, and he is personally dedicated to providing an exceptional experience
for every patient at ATA Medical.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Leonard enjoys spending time with his wife and two young toddlers,
volunteering at his church, and listening to podcasts by Peter Attia.
