Dr. Lydia is a distinguished medical professional with extensive training and a strong
commitment to holistic health. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medicine from the
University of St Andrews, UK, followed by a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) degree from
the University of Manchester. Furthering her expertise, Dr. Lydia completed her residency with
the National University Hospital Systems, where she rotated through various specialties, and
earned a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
In addition to these qualifications, Dr. Lydia is certified in Exercise Prescription by Exercise
is Medicine® Singapore (EIMS). She is dedicated to incorporating exercise into preventive
healthcare strategies, emphasizing the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle for
maintaining optimal health. Reflecting her commitment, Dr. Lydia is also certified by STOTT
PILATES® and devotes time outside her clinical practice to teaching Reformer Pilates.
Currently, Dr. Lydia is particularly interested in advancing her expertise in healthy longevity.
She actively engages in continuing education by attending specialized courses and conferences,
with the goal of integrating the latest advancements in healthy aging into patient care.
