How Long Does It Take?

  1. Most clients complete their medical tests within 30 to 60 minutes, especially during off-peak times. Feel free to ask us for the best appointment slots to minimise your waiting time.
  2. Your medical report will be ready within 2 working days and will be sent to you via email. Alternatively, you can choose to collect the report in person at our clinic.
  3. Need your report urgently? We offer an express option for soft copy reports (within 24 hours) for an additional fee of $32.70 NETT.
