Home Health Screening Package Pricing
Our home screening packages follow a tiered per-pax pricing model – the larger your group on a single home visit, the lower each pax pays. This keeps family and group screenings noticeably more affordable.
All prices shown below are per pax (NETT, inclusive of 9% GST). As an example, two pax booking the Vital package at $118 per pax works out to $118 × 2 = $236 in total.

Do note that the Vital package is offered only for bookings of 2 pax or more.
Mix and match is available. From 2 pax onwards, each participant can pick a different package (e.g. one Vital and one Premier) while still enjoying the group-tier rate that matches the total number of pax in the booking.

When Will I Receive My Payment Receipt for the Home Health Screening?
Your official payment receipt will be sent to you via email within 1 to 2 working days after your home health screening appointment. If you require a hard copy or need it addressed to a company name for claim purposes, please let us know in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Pre-Screening
Please make sure you are home at the appointed time. Our mobile team will verify your identity using your NRIC, FIN Card or Passport. Stay well-hydrated by drinking enough water as a urine sample is required for your screening. You should continue all your usual medications as normal.
If you are not available when the team arrives, a fee of $54.50 NETT will be imposed. You can reschedule another home visit by emailing hello@healthscreening.sg or messaging us on WhatsApp at 80953275. Please note that a maximum of 2 changes is allowed per appointment.
Yes, cancellations are allowed. A 10% admin fee will be deducted. To cancel, please email hello@healthscreening.sg at least 48 hours before your appointment. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
You can reschedule by contacting us at hello@healthscreening.sg or via WhatsApp at 80953275. However, if you reschedule another home-based visit less than 48 hours before your appointment, or if you are not at home at the time of the visit, a transportation charge of $54.50 NETT will apply. Please note that a maximum of 2 changes is allowed per appointment.
We accept payments through PayNow. Once you have indicated your preferred package(s), date and time, our team will reach out to arrange payment. Upon successful payment, a receipt and confirmation will be sent to your email. Please note that upfront payment is required for all home-based screenings.
Yes, you can book an appointment on behalf of your family member(s). It is ideal if you can be present with them during the screening, in case they need help providing the necessary medical information.

You can schedule a tele-consult online through our website, or contact our Health Screening Coordinator on WhatsApp at 80953275. The consultation is complimentary. However, if you decide not to proceed with the screening, a consultation fee of $38.15 NETT will be charged.
Simply use our booking form to select your packages along with your preferred date and time. Our team will follow up with you shortly, and your booking will be confirmed once payment is completed.
Yes, a surcharge of $32.70 NETT applies for inaccessible locations such as Sentosa, Tuas, and Jurong Island.

For individuals below 18 years old, extensive health screening is generally not necessary. However, if you would still like to arrange a specific type of screening for them, please email hello@healthscreening.sg or call us at +6580953275.
During Screening
Our mobile team consists of our own employees — certified phlebotomists or state-registered nurses. They undergo regular in-house training to ensure they are well-equipped to serve you.
The team has years of experience in blood drawing to make sure your screening experience is as comfortable as possible.
The standard benchmark is approximately 20 minutes per participant, with a 10-minute grace period built in. This covers verification of particulars, biometric measurements and blood taking.
For appointments that go beyond the standard duration, a time-based surcharge of $27.25 NETT applies for each additional 30-minute block, so our healthcare team is fairly compensated for the extra time on site.
You may submit your sample directly at our clinic. Alternatively, you can request a second collection at $38.15 NETT.

During the consultation, our doctor will walk you through the nature of the findings, recommended lifestyle changes, and any appropriate referrals or follow-ups.
Yes. These additional screenings are carried out at our Tanjong Pagar, Orchard, Jurong, or Novena clinics (please note that our Jurong clinic does not offer mammogram or ultrasound breast services at the moment). You can arrange this directly with our Mobile Team during your home visit, or email hello@healthscreening.sg and our medical team will follow up with appropriate advice.
If you would like a face-to-face consultation to go through your results, please email hello@healthscreening.sg.
A full health report will be ready within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification at your designated email address once it is ready, and you can then log in to retrieve your results.
